PAN 3R-224YHR recovers well

Charlie de Beer, Pannar's representative in Hartswater, shares this good story with a silver lining. PAN 3R-224YHR, which is grown under irrigation by Ben Wolhuter of Agriqua Holdings near Taung, was damaged by hail on 31 December 2022. Fortunately, this happened whilst the plant was young and the maize recovered very well, as can be seen in these photos taken mid-February.
