PAN 4R-838BR looks incredibly beautiful at Boesmanskop, south of Wepener in Eastern Free State

"Werner Rautenbach's PAN 4R-838BR looks incredibly beautiful at Boesmanskop, south of Wepener in the Eastern Free State and the farmers are talking about this hybrid", says Charl van der Merwe, Pannar's representative stationed in Bloemfontein. Werner expects exceptionally good results from this crop of PAN 4R-838BR. PAN 4R-838BR is well adapted to the eastern production areas and performs well under a wide range of plant populations and yield potential levels.

PAN 4R-838BR is a medium early stacked gene hybrid with second-generation stalk borer protection (MON89034) and glyphosate herbicide tolerance. Although it was initially earmarked for the eastern market, this hybrid is very widely adapted and also a good choice for western production areas. The hybrid’s strong emergence and seedling vigour gives it an early advantage to establish a good plant population quickly. In environments where Common Rust is prevalent, a preventative fungicide spray is advised for this otherwise well-balanced hybrid.

Feel free to talk to one of Pannar's sales representatives about how you can get the best from Pannar's excellent range of crops, or read more about Pannar's cultivars at www.pannar.com.
