Wheat PAN 3111 – Another beautiful wheat crop in the Hoopstad district

According to Hannelie Tait, Pannar's representative in Hoopstad, Pannar's dryland wheat package is very reliable. PAN 3111 was planted at 19 kg/ha on the 10th of May in 45 cm rows.

PAN 3111 is a true winter type that is very well adapted to all the dryland production areas in the Free State. PAN 3111 has ʼn high yield potential with short straw, excellent standability and good Aluminum tolerance. It has the highest cold requirement in Pannar's dryland package and is best suitable for early plantings from April to May.
